They’ve made it official: Every Democrat in the Michigan Senate voted unanimously against a $500,000 appropriation to partner with the federal government to deport criminal illegal aliens.
Senate Republican Leader Aric Nesbitt (R‑Porter Twp.) offered an amendment to the State Police budget to add an appropriation to allow the state police to partner with federal authorities to remove illegal aliens who commit crimes from the country.
Every Senate Democrat vote against the amendment, to nobody’s surprise. Every Democrat opposes enforcing America’s immigration laws, even to the point of supporting human traffickers, drug dealers, drunk drivers, and other criminals.
