Dana Nessel whines about Elon Musk; ignores Democrat chairman calling for murdering millions of Trump supporters

Michi­gan Attor­ney Gen­er­al Dana Nes­sel has sued the Trump admin­is­tra­tion, to the sur­prise of nobody. When she cam­paigned for Attor­ney Gen­er­al in 2018, she boast­ed that she would sue the Trump admin­is­tra­tion “all day, every day.”

That alone should give courts cause to dis­miss any and all action against the Trump admin­is­tra­tion by Dana Nes­sel, because she has con­fessed that her law­suits are polit­i­cal­ly moti­vat­ed.

Nev­er­the­less, Dana Nes­sel con­tin­ues her patho­log­i­cal behav­ior of suing the Trump admin­is­tra­tion. As Michi­gan News Source reports:

Michi­gan Demo­c­ra­t­ic Attor­ney Gen­er­al Dana Nes­sel has been on a cru­sade against the pres­i­dent, stack­ing law­suits, fir­ing off state­ments, and posi­tion­ing her­self as the state’s lead­ing anti-Trump war­rior.

From push­ing back against Trump’s spend­ing freeze to demand­ing answers about Trump’s cab­i­net nom­i­nees, Nes­sel seems com­mit­ted to spend­ing her term as Michi­gan AG as the D.C. swamp’s loy­al defend­er and the face of Michigan’s anti-Trump resis­tance. Her relent­less stream of emails about the pres­i­dent makes that crys­tal clear.

But while Dana Nes­sel devotes her office to fil­ing attacks against the elect­ed Pres­i­dent of the Unit­ed States for imple­ment­ing his agen­da, oth­ers have not­ed her silence on domes­tic extrem­ists here in Michi­gan.

Dana Nes­sel says Elon Musk has “unchecked pow­er” that is “ille­gal and uncon­sti­tu­tion­al.” Mean­while, the Lenawee Demo­c­rat Par­ty Chair is call­ing for Trumpers to be hung for trea­son. That seems pret­ty ille­gal and uncon­sti­tu­tion­al, and more in line with the Michi­gan attor­ney gen­er­al job descrip­tion.
